Most clients start with a prototype and stay through production.

Explore serviceBare-metal and RTOS firmware that runs for years without a reset — the part your customer never has to think about.
Explore serviceDevice, network and dashboard designed together, so the data your hardware captures reaches the people who act on it.
Explore serviceMulti-layer layout done for manufacturability — checked against your fabricator's real capability, not an ideal one.
Explore serviceShip a proven AIOTHUB platform under your own brand. The risky engineering is already done and field-tested.
Explore serviceA working unit you can put in front of a customer, an investor or a test lab — before you commit to tooling.
Explore serviceOne team accountable from the first requirement to the unit on the shelf. No handoff gaps between the hardware vendor, the firmware contractor and the app agency — because there is only one of us.
We map goals, constraints, sensors, connectivity and compliance needs into a clear, finalized engineering specification document.
Our engineers define the system architecture, select optimal components, create schematics, and design the multi-layer PCB layout.
We fabricate the boards, assemble them in our lab, bring them up with firmware, and run strict bench-tests on functional prototypes.
We write and refine bare-metal or RTOS software and secure drivers, connecting your hardware to local radios and cloud pipelines.
We perform environmental, thermal, and electrical pre-compliance trials, supporting you through CE, FCC, or BIS regulatory approval.
We transition your design to mass production with custom calibration jigs, manufacturing packs, pilot batches, and lifecycle updates.
Embedded design services cover the engineering work needed to create an electronic product with a microcontroller inside it — circuit and hardware design, PCB layout, firmware programming, testing, and preparation for manufacturing. At AIOTHUB we extend this to include cloud connectivity and dashboards, so you receive a complete, connected product rather than just a board.
Both. We work with startups validating a first product through prototype development, and with established manufacturers who need one specific capability like PCB layout or firmware development. Engagements can start small with a proof of concept and scale into full end-to-end product engineering.
Yes. We regularly review and continue existing designs. We begin with a technical audit of your current schematics, layout, or firmware, tell you honestly what is reusable and what needs rework, then proceed on an agreed plan.
You do. We work under NDA from the first conversation, and IP ownership terms are documented in the agreement before work starts. On full custom development, design files, source code, and documentation are handed over as agreed.
It depends on complexity. A working prototype of a straightforward sensor-based device typically takes a few weeks, while a complete industrial product with certification and production readiness usually takes several months. After discovery we give you a realistic, milestone-based schedule rather than an optimistic guess.
We do both. AIOTHUB manufactures its own industrial data loggers in India and can handle pilot batches and volume production for client products, including testing, quality checks, and packaging. If you prefer to manufacture elsewhere, we hand over complete production-ready documentation.
OEM and white-label puts your brand on our proven, ready platform with customisation on top — the fastest, lowest-risk route to market. Custom development builds a new product from scratch to your specification: longer, but completely unique to you. Many customers start with OEM and move to custom later.
Yes. Ongoing support covers firmware updates, bug fixes, feature additions, component obsolescence handling, and technical assistance for your team. Terms are agreed as part of the engagement.
We are based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and work with clients across India and internationally. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared documentation, with site visits arranged when a project requires them.
